An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 10, 2024 from approximately 3:05 pm to 3:25 pm. There were 11 children directly supervised by 3 staff. The physical plant, 1 staff records, 3 children's records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected.
Children were observed children intractive for individual activity The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
