An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today with the site manager from 4:15 pm to 5:20 pm. There were 17 children present with 3 staff providing supervision. The ages of the children ranged from 7 to 11 years. The children and staff were heading outside at the beginning of the inspection. There were no medications on site and two injury/accident reports were reviewed. Three staff and six children's files were inspected and the area of non compliance is outlined on the violation notice.

There was no allergy care plan on file for child A who has an allergy to Mangos.Plan of Correction: We will obtain the allergy care plan.
