An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on Tuesday, December 12, 2023. The complaint, regarding alleged non-compliance in the areas of staffing and supervision, diapering, programming, and administration. On December 12, the inspector was on-site from 8:40am to approximately 11:30am. Interviews with staff were completed, observations were made at the center, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint was determined to be not valid. There were no violations resulting from this inspection.
