The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced joint complaint inspection with another agency in response to a complaint that was received by the department on May 2, 2024, regarding allegations of inadequate staff-to-child ratios and supervision. The inspection was initiated and completed on May 7, 2024. The inspector was on site from 8:15 am to 9:00 am. observations were made in the classrooms.
The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
A enforcement watch inspection was also completed that resulted in no violations.
