On January 13, 2021 a Subsidy Health and Safety virtual inspection was conducted. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic the inspector was not on site and this inspection was completed via mobile video application, email and phone correspondence. During this inspection the facility was inspected. There were no children present and according to vendor the have not been any children since 3.10.20. There was an adequate supply of toys and equipment to receive children. Staff and household member files were reviewed. Emergency polices, supplies and first aid supplies were also reviewed.
