A SHSI reinstatement inspection was conducted on 12/27/22. The vendor was present with two children, a total of 6 points. The children were playing and interacting with the vendor. Breakfast is eggs and cereal. The vendor has lots of space and material for the children. She was a vendor before and is waiting to be approved so she can accept a child that is waiting for care.
A violation notice was presented to the vendor along with this summary.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-270-A Description: The vendor failed to store cleaners inaccessible to children.
Evidence: In the vendors bathroom, used by the children. two cleaners were accessible to the children in care.Plan of Correction: I have removed the cleaners and will not store cleaners in the bathroom. I am always in the bathroom with the children.
