An initial subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on May 15 2023 between 11:00am and 12:00pm. There was one child in the direct care of one caregiver. The child was observed napping during the inspection. A walkthrough of the home was conducted. A review of household records, caregiver records, child records, attendance records, emergency response documentation, and the emergency supplies was conducted.
