An exit interview was conducted with the director to discuss the results of today's inspection. Consultation was given regarding updated regulations in child/staff ratios (grouping of children), CPR, out of state searches, and accessing the department's website for memos, forms, and additional information.
- Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today, May 16, 2019 to determine the center's compliance with religious exempt requirements. The inspection was initiated at 11:45am and concluded at approximately 1:10pm. Today 22 children (ages 2yrs-4yrs) were in attendance being supervised by six staff with the correct child/teacher ratio in each classroom. Administrative records, sanctuary, children's classrooms, restrooms, common areas, and outdoor playground were inspected. No violations were found during this inspection.
