Licensing Inspector arrived at 11:00 AM and departed at 12:00 PM to conduct a religiously exempt child day center code compliance inspection. At the time of the inspection, there were 50 children (ages two through five) in care with 8 staff. Children were observed playing outside and preparing to leave for the day. All areas of the facility were observed. The sample size was 15 staff records.
