This unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 6/10/19 from 10:45 am until 12:45 pm to review the religious exempt requirements. At the time of the inspection 12 children ranging in age from four to 13 were present with two staff eating lunch. The sample size consisted of five children's records and eight staff's records. The parent written disclosure statement was reviewed. One violation was found during this inspection and is documented on the violation notice. Standard #: 63.2(17)-1716-B-6 Description: Based on observation and interview, the facility failed to implement a procedure to ensure all areas of the premises accessible to children are free of obvious injury hazards. Evidence: 1. Clorox wipes and disinfectant spray were in the cabinet under the sink in the women's restroom. The cabinet was not locked. 2. Staff 8 stated the restroom is used by the students and the cleaners should be out of reach of children. Plan of Correction: Staff 8 removed the cleaners from the restroom and will talk to the staff about keeping cleaners out of reach of children.
