Standard #: 63.2(17)-1716-B-3 Description: Based on the inspection of administrative records, the required staff training has not been obtained. Evidence: During the inspection of administrative records and interview with the director, it was discovered staff have not received training in daily health screening and exclusion of sick children by a person trained to perform such screenings. Plan of Correction: Per director: We will have one staff in each classroom trained in daily health observation by the date of correction.
