A complaint was received in the department on 05/20/19 regarding discipline procedures and injury reporting. The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety inspection on 06/12/19 with local agencies, in which interviews with staff were conducted, observations made in the center, and documentation reviewed. The inspection was initiated at approximately 10:30am and concluded at approximately 12:30pm. An off-site inspection was conducted on 06/06/19 with local agencies regarding the complaint.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the inspection does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
