An announced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 2/05/2024, beginning at 12:00 pm and ending at 1:00pm. Training certificates, household member information, and 2 children's records were reviewed. Emergency preparedness planning and supplies were also reviewed. Violations are identified on the violation notice.

Evidence:
1. The family day home did not have tweezers.Plan of Correction: The vendor will purchase tweezers for the emergency supply kit.
