An announced Initial Subsidy inspection was conducted today, 2/13/2024, from 9:00am to 9:45am. No children were in care. The physical space, required posted documents, the Emergency Preparedness Plan, First Aid Supplies, program forms, Provider/household member
documents, and age appropriate materials were reviewed. The Provider's required trainings were complete. The Provider is also MAT trained. No violations were cited. For questions, please contact stephanie.salvatori@doe.virginia.gov.
