Upon my arrival, I was greeted by the vendor. A unannounced annual subsidy inspection was initiated and concluded on March 05, 2024. There were thee children present during the visit. The children were observed eating hot dogs, noodles, pears and drinking milk. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 1 staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Description: Based on review of children records, 1 out 2 records, the vendor did not maintain, and keep at the family day home, written or electronic information for each enrolled child, to be made available to the department's representative upon request.
Evidence
1. Chld #1 did not have a reocrd avavialable for review during the inspection.

Plan of Correction: Informed child #1 parent taht even though they had an emergency. Child #1 isn't allowed at home during hours of operation unless they fill out information packet for child prior to arrival.
