An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 8/23/19 from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm at DEMI/Good Shepherd School & Day Care to review the religious exempt requirements. At the time of the inspection 59 children were in care with 13 staff. The sample size consisted on five children's records and five staff's records. Children and staff were observed during free indoor and outdoor play, educational activities, hand washing, bottle feeding, bathroom break, clean-up, lunch, nap, transitions and behavioral management. No violations were found during this inspection.
