An Initial subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on March 12, 2024 from 4:45pm - 5:15pm. There were no children receiving care by the vendor. The physical plant, polices and procedures, emergency supplies and procedures, emergency drills, program forms, the vendor's record, and 1 household member record were reviewed. An exit interview was conducted with the vendor. No violations of the subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
