An exit interview was conducted with the director to discuss the results of today's inspection. Consultation was given regarding updated regulations in child/staff ratios, CPR certification, out of state searches, and accessing the department?s website for notices, forms, and additional information.
- Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today, September 9, 2019 to determine the center's compliance with religious exempt requirements. The inspection was initiated at 2:00pm and concluded at approximately 4:00pm. Today approximately fifty-five children were in attendance being supervised by eleven staff with the correct child/staff ratio in each classroom. Administrative records, children's classrooms, restrooms, gymnasium, and common areas were inspected. No violations were found during this inspection.
