Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted Wednesday, October 16, 2019 to determine the center's compliance with religious exempt requirements. The inspection was initiated at approximately 9:45 AM and concluded at approximately 12:00 PM. During the inspection, there were a total of 64 children present with the following ratios being followed:
Twos: 9 children with 2 staff
Threes: 12 children with 2 staff
Threes: 9 children with 2 staff
Fours: 14 children with 2 staff
Fours: 13 children with 2 staff
Fives: 7 children with 2 staff
Children were observed participating in music class, having gross motor time indoors, working puzzles, creating pumpkins, playing with play-doh, playing in the sensory table, building with blocks, having a book about forest animals read to them, reviewing the weather, reviewing the letter ?Ee?, participating in circle time, washing hands and taking bathroom breaks and eating snack. All areas of the center were inspected including the classrooms, hallways, bathrooms and outdoor play area. Ten children?s records and 10 staff records were reviewed. Policies and procedures were discussed and information disclosed to parents, guardians and public was reviewed. No violations were cited.
