The licensing inspector for Open Door Baptist Church, Inc. conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 10/22/19. Interviews were conducted with staff and observations were made relating to the allegation of not maintaining correct ratios and supervision. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid."
