An unannounced Code compliance inspection was conducted today, 11/7/19. Upon arrival to the center the children were involved in center play. The children transitioned to circle time and then had snack. Following snack the children returned to their classrooms.
A review of staff and children's records was also conducted during today's inspection.
There are 28 children in care ranging in age from 3-5 years with four staff.

Evidence:
1. Information about the enrollment capacity and health requirements for staff was not included in the written information provided to the parents.Plan of Correction: The director will include this information in the parent handbook.
