Licensing Inspector arrived at 10:30 and departed at 12:30 to investigate a complaint regarding forbidden actions. Staff, management and children were interviewed. Although the original complaint is deemed not valid, there was a violation associated with this inspection.
- Violations:

Standard #: 63.2(17)-1716-A-3-c Description: Based on interviews, it was determined that the facility failed to ensure that it employs supervisory personnel to maintain a ratio of one staff member to eight children from ages 24 months to 36 months.
Evidence:
1. Staff #1 stated that she regularly had 11 children in the afternoon between the ages of 24 months and five years. An additional staff member would be required.
2. Facility administrator agreed that this was correct.Plan of Correction: Facility administrator will hire additional staff to ensure that ratios are maintained.
