Licensing Inspector arrived at 10:30 AM and departed at 12:30 PM to conduct a religiously exempt code compliance inspection. At the time of the inspection, there were 12 children (ages two through five) in care with two staff. Children were observed doing table work and dancing. Lunch was also observed.

Standard #: 63.2(17)-1720.1-B-2 Description: Based on review of one staff record, it was determined that the facility did not ensure that all staff had completed required fingerprinting prior to employment.
Evidence:
The record for staff #1 did not include results of fingerprinting.Plan of Correction: Center director will ensure that all fingerprints are completed and results placed in records.
