Licensing Inspector arrived at 10:20 and departed at 11:45 AM to conduct a subsidy health and safety inspection in conjunction with a religiously exempt child day center code compliance inspection. At the time of the inspection, there were 14 preschoolers in care with two staff. There were also private school children in care. Children were observed participating in a number activity.

Standard #: 22VAC40-665-530-2-a-2 Description: Based on review of 11 staff records, it was determined that the vendor did not ensure that all staff had a completed search of the central registry on file within 30 days of employment.
