Licensing Inspector arrived at 10:20 and departed at 11:45 AM to conduct a religiously exempt child day center code compliance inspection in conjunction with a subsidy health and safety inspection. At the time of the inspection, there were 14 preschoolers in care with two staff. There were also private school children in care. Children were observed participating in a number activity.

Standard #: 22VAC40-191-40-D-2 Description: Based on review of 11 staff records, it was determined that the provider did not ensure that all staff had a completed search of the central registry on file within 30 days of employment.

The following staff members, who had all been employed over 30 days, did not have completed search of the central registry on the file:

- Staff #7Plan of Correction: Director of the school will submit the checks and when results are received they will be placed in the records.
