Licensing Inspector arrived at 9:15 and departed at 10:30 AM to conduct a religiously exempt child day center code compliance inspection in conjunction with a subsidy health and safety inspection. At the time of the inspection, there were three two-year-old children in care with one staff. Children were observed watching television. The sample size was two staff and five children's records.
