An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on March 3, 2020. The complainant reported allegation was regarding written statements not provided to parents. Based on documentation that was reviewed and staff interviews that were conducted, this complaint has been determined to be NOT VALID. The results of the inspection were reviewed with the Center Director during the exit interview.
