This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency declared by the Governor of Virginia in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The department received a complaint regarding allegations in the areas of supervision, and a subsequent investigation/inspection was initiated on 5/25/2020 and concluded on 6/20/2020. The inspector contacted the provider by telephone to conduct the investigation. The inspector interviewed additional staff.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law.
