An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on 5/22/2020 in response to an incident that was self reported by the program to the licensing office on 5/22/2020 regarding alleged noncompliance of the Code of Virginia ? 63.2-1716. with regard to requirements of Child day centers operated by a religious institution. Based on the information gathered, there was not sufficient evidence to support the allegations, so the complaint is found to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
