This inspection was conducted by the inspector using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency declared by the Governor of Virginia in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The department received a complaint regarding allegations in the areas of Programs, and a subsequent investigation was initiated on July 17, 2020 and concluded on July 31, 2020. The inspector contacted the vendor by telephone to conduct the investigation. The inspector had a conversation with the vendor regarding a list of documentation required to complete the investigation, interviewed additional staff and viewed video footage. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law.
