This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
An initial subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 2/9/21. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were no children present as there are no children enrolled currently.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy regulations. No violations were issued.
