This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, interviews.
A code compliance inspection was initiated on 8/3/2021 and concluded on 8/10/2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 32 children present, ranging in ages from eight months to five years, with 13 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of 3 children?s records and 3 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
