Discussion of the RE-CDC program and the children enrolled. Further discussion involved SB 393 / HB 799 (testing of potable water). This new legislation went into effect 07/01/2020. The LI will get back to the center on their requirements and the agency to contact (ie. - Health Department or Department of Education).

A monitoring inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews, and a virtual tour of the program.
This inspection was initiated and concluded on 09/28/2021. The Director was contacted and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 24 children present in 3 groups, ranging from 3 to 5 in age, with 7 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication (2 meds on site); special care and emergencies; and nutrition (meals and snacks provided by parents). A total of 5 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
