Today we discussed the requirements for follow up when a Search of the Central Registry is requested within 10 days of staff hire, but the results are not received upon 30 days of employment. Please ensure that when you contact the agency to inquire, that you document who you spoke with, what they said, what steps you have taken and any subsequent updates to the inquiry.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/18/2021 and concluded on 10/18/2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 53 children present, ranging in ages from 2.5 years to 7 years of age, with 8 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
