A complaint inspection was initiated on 10/25/21 and concluded on 10/25/21. A complaint incident was received by the department regarding allegations in the areas of diapering and behavioral guidance. A tour of the facility was made. Observations and interviews were conducted.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law.
