A complaint inspection was initiated on June 17, 2021 and concluded on 08/11/2021. A complaint was received by the department regarding allegations in the areas of supervision. The director was on site and assisted with the investigation. Documentation was reviewed, policies and procedures were discussed and staff were interviewed. Additional telephone interviews were conducted on 06/30/2021.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law.
