This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review and interviews.
A code compliance inspection was initiated on January 19, 2022 and concluded on January 27, 2022. The in-charge person was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 26 children present, ranging in ages from 3 to 5, with 4staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of 3 children?s records and 4 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
