A complaint investigation was conducted in conjunction with a code compliance inspection and subsidy health and safety inspection in response to a complaint received in the Eastern Licensing Office regarding supervision. Based on interviews with management and staff, no evidence was found to support the allegations. Therefore, this complaint is deemed to be not valid.
