The department received a complaint regarding allegations in the areas of Supervision, and a subsequent investigation was initiated on June 15, 2022 and concluded on July 8, 2022. The inspector conducted observations at the center, reviewed documentation, and interviewed staff. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law.
