A monitoring inspection was initiated on 9-7-22 and concluded on 9-7-22. There were 5 children present with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas noted above. A total of 5 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 8:40am and concluded at 10:15am.
