A Code compliance monitoring inspection was initiated on 9/8/2022 and concluded on 9/8/2022. There were four children present with two staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of written disclosures to parents, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records and four staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 12:40 pm and concluded at 1:48 pm.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
