A Code compliance monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/13/2022 and concluded on (date)10/13/2022. There were 26 children present with seven staff supervising and one director present. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records and one staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 12:45 pm and concluded at 2:20 pm.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
