Violations:
Standard #: 22.1-289.031-A
Description: Based on observation and interview, the child day center has not posted the fact that it is exempt from licensure in a visible location on the premises.
Evidence: When the programs exemption letter could not be located, the program director pointed out a framed letter that had expired in 2019. The current letter of exemption was retrieved from a folder in the directors office.

Plan of Correction: I will get the new letter framed and on the wall once it is received.
