An investigation was initiated on 9/1/22 in response to a complaint received by the department regarding a child/staff interaction. An on-site inspection was conducted on 11/21/22 and interviews with staff were completed. Documentation related to the complaint was also reviewed. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law and the complaint was determined to be not valid.
