An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 10:30am-11:30am. A sample of 5 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed singing, engaged in an art project, eating and learning. Three new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Evidence:
An out of state Central Registry search, Criminal History search and sex offender search were not conducted for Staff A.Plan of Correction: Background searches were initiated during the inspection.
Standard #: 8VAC20-770-40-D-2 Description: Based on record review, a central registry search was not completed for all staff.
Evidence:
A central registry search was not complete for Staff B.Plan of Correction: The request was missing information and the documents will be sent out this week.
