Today we discussed Hire Dates and Date of Birth documentation in staff records.
If you will please establish a consistent place / method for documenting these items, the inspection will move more smoothly with fewer questions or clarification requested of you.
A copy of staff's drivers license or identification suffices for date of birth and the hire date may be printed on the orientation - or outside of file - or any other designated spot.

A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 12/12/2022. There were 25 children present, ranging in ages from 2 to 5 years old with 5 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of Religious Exempt; Background Checks Code; Carbon Monoxide, Child Abuse and Neglect, Mandated Reporting, and Medication Training. A total of 10 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
