Complaints were received regarding lack of ratios, clean and safe environment, supervision and documentation for injuries. A complaint investigation was initiated on July 20, 2022 and concluded on January 17, 2023. Classroom observations were made and ratios, supervision and cleanliness was verified. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation. Therefore, the complaint is not valid. There were not any other violations observed as a part of the investigation.
