A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 2/1/2023 There were 13 children present with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 11:15 am and concluded at 12:30 pm
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 22.1-289.031-A-6 Description: Based on a review of documentation and interview, the religious exempt program did not ensure that all required aspects of the center's operations are made available to the general public.
Evidence:
There was no information posted or made available to the public visible at the center at the tim eof inspection.
When asked where or how the required written information was shared with the parents and the general public, the program director showed where this information was located in the parent handbook.
However, when asked how that information is made available to the general public, and whether the handbook is provided to visitors at the center, the programdirector stated that at one time, this information was posted on a bulletin board near the entry, but that it had been taken down when the center was closed and renovated.Plan of Correction: This information will be posted this week on an information board , in written format, near the entrance, for members of the public to view as they enter the building.
