Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on February 28, 2023, from 11:30 a.m. through 12:30p.m. Upon arrival, there were 11 children, ages 3 through 5, in the care of 2 staff members. Five children and two staff records were reviewed.
