A monitoring subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted Wednesday, April 5, 2023 to follow up on a serious injury requiring outside medical treatment that occurred on 03/20/23. The incident was reported by the center on 03/21/23 . The inspector was on site from 11:00am to approximately 2:20pm. Interviews with staff were conducted, observations made in the center, and documentation reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy regulations. No violations were issued.
